Oral Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Oral Care Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the field of oral care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, administration, and sales, with a passion for building relationships with dental professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting dental offices, conducting research, and developing strategies to increase demand for our products. They will also work closely with dentists to establish long-term relationships and promote our professional product lines.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Marketing, Administration, or a related field.
  • Desirable experience in sales, customer service, and demand generation;
  • Desirable experience working with the dental class;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Office Package and Google tools (Excel and Google Sheets required).

Other requirements include:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • Residency in Joinville.

Main Responsibilities

  • Visit dental offices to promote hygiene products and professional lines.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Directly responsible for sales of custom and electric toothbrushes in dental offices.
  • Establish and develop long-term relationships with dentists.
  • Increase demand generation for Colgate products in pharmacies.
  • Develop strategies to achieve professional prescription rates from dentists.
  • Visit underperforming pharmacies to drive sales of Colgate products.
