We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to high-impact campaigns and drive growth through data-driven strategies.
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will analyze campaign performance metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work remotely during Toronto hours (9-5:30pm EST).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, revenue) to inform optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with design, content, and paid media teams to ensure campaign assets are aligned and executed smoothly.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, testing, reporting)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
