The Innovation Talent Program is a 18-month opportunity to drive business value creation.

• This program is designed for visionaries and innovators who want to create strategic business outcomes in one of six focus areas:

1. Market Intelligence & Customer Insight: You will support strategic business development via data analysis, leverage big data to identify lucrative opportunities, and develop actionable marketing strategies.
2. Sales: Strategically analyze customer requirements globally through consultative sales approaches, deploy advanced digital tools to enhance sales efficiency, and collaborate closely with teams for compelling presentations at industry events.
3. Capture & Development: Support global innovation project management, oversee project and liquidity plans proactively, guide teams with agile methodologies, and facilitate venture processes.
4. Process Excellence: Lead global process engineering projects to excellence in delivery and performance, design reliable manufacturing processes, actively engage in digital and automation initiatives, and support plant and supply chain innovations for enhanced operational infrastructure.
5. Product Development: Manage stage-gate processes from ideation to evaluation, support global R&D for product portfolio expansion, and facilitate venture-building to foster innovation within the dynamic ecosystem.
6. Software Engineering: Select and implement technologies and frameworks for our software architecture, including the integration of digital twin functionalities, code in languages like C# (required), JavaScript, and Python, use prompt engineering to develop robust solutions, optimize user experience with future-proof technologies, and conduct security tests to ensure solution reliability and resilience.

As a participant in the Innovation Talent Program, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, develop new skills, and build a network of like-minded professionals. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about driving innovation, have a technical or business-related background, and are fluent in English.

• Technical or business-related bachelor's or master's degree.
• A maximum of two years of full-time working experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Data-driven decision-making is a must in your opinion.
• Agile and visionary mindset - you can work independently, and you want to drive business value creation.
