Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Senior Analyst to join our Value Creation Area's People Team. This role will be based in São Paulo, working closely with C-Level and Senior Management across our 40+ portfolio companies. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies, managing performance evaluation and IDP programs, and collaborating with senior management to understand talent needs and develop customized solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to drive business growth and development across our portfolio companies.
- Develop and manage performance evaluation and IDP programs to identify and retain top talent at the C-Level.
- Collaborate with senior management and partners to understand talent needs and develop tailored solutions to address business objectives.
- Analyze HR reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to drive business results.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, preferably with exposure to C-Level roles.
- Knowledge of HR management tools, metrics, and systems.
- Experience working with Power BI and/or other business analysis tools.
- Fluent English.
