We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Support business stakeholders with process and system questions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with the Support Team to resolve critical incidents and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct requirement analysis with Business Owners and Subject Matter Experts to identify new requirements, create business cases, and translate them into detailed user stories.
- Develop and explain functional requirements, driving user experience and improving system implementation.
- Support business stakeholders in adopting new capabilities, creating training materials, and communicating effectively.
- Monitor Technical Team activities during the discovery and build phase, driving continuous improvement and new project initiatives.
- Execute system testing and support UAT testing with business stakeholders.
- Update documentation, creating new process flows and diagrams, and developing reports and dashboards to measure OKRs.
- Advanced English language skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and project management, delivering medium- to large-scale projects.
- Desirable skills: Agile culture, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Git.
