Financial Support Associate Position

The main goal of this role is to ensure that financial data is accurate and complete.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain precise electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data, including ledgers and journals.
  • Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables as required.
  • Complete period-end closing procedures and reports according to company standards.
  • Review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
