We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality financial and actuarial services to clients. This is a key member role within the Financial Actuarial & Analytics (FAA) Community of Expertise.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work on a wide variety of complex analyses and projects involving the design, financing, measurement, and financial analysis of employer health and group benefit programs. You will interface with vendors and client service teams, prepare and communicate complex analyses to clients, and ensure quality standards are met.

To be considered for this role, you will need:
- 5+ years' experience in professional services, ideally gained in a benefit consulting/brokerage firm or health underwriting/actuarial function of an insurance company
- Advanced knowledge of health and welfare products & services
- Experience with big data analytic techniques preferred
- Advanced knowledge of underwriting and funding concepts
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and produce quality deliverables on time and within budget
