Regional Clinical Study Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our regional clinical study operations. This individual will be responsible for managing the delivery of clinical studies within their region, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Manage regional study teams to achieve study goals and objectives.
  • Liaise with external partners to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve study efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and management of clinical studies from feasibility to closeout activities.
  • Generate and manage study start-up and recruitment timelines, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure trial feasibility, country allocation, and site selection processes are optimized.
  • Provide regional input on global study plans and ensure timely submission of local adaptations of global study documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
  • Proven experience in clinical research, with a focus on regional study management.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
