Director of Financial Operations

The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading the governance of our financial systems, ensuring accuracy and quality in gross profit (GP) reporting.
This position will drive strategic business decisions and foster financial integrity across all business units.
Your Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth and development.
- Cultivate a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Monitor and control functional unit expenses, ensuring they are correctly accounted for.
- Oversee GP by branch and center to ensure alignment with the Rolling Forecast.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
- Substantial experience in financial governance and leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
- Excellent English language skills.
