Your Role
  • Establish and execute a regional procurement strategy aligned with our globally defined objectives.
  • Ensure coordination between procurement category management and group sites/affiliates located in Latam.
  • Manage the procurement network on the corresponding perimeter, prioritize actions, and leverage all relevant resources.
  • Provide critical inputs to the global organization regarding mid-term strategy.
  • Represent the procurement team in projects and business reviews as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor procurement spend and ensure accurate categorization within the spend cube.
  • Collaborate with global procurement to define the target vendors list and suppliers' footprint (mainly geographical).
  • Coordinate the complete process of acquisition for materials and services following the principles of strategic sourcing (RFI/RFP/TCO), according to the scope defined with stakeholders.
  • Negotiate direct materials (mainly packaging) and indirect spends (services and materials for indirect purchases).
  • Pursue continuous cost reduction through the development of new suppliers and renegotiations on current spend.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics.
  • MBA desirable.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in procurement.
  • Proficient in English, advanced in Spanish.
  • Strong vision, collaboration, and team working skills required.
