As a key member of our organization, the Senior Manager of New Project Industrialization plays a crucial role in deploying our Industrial Project Management and Operations processes.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for ensuring that our Launch Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives are consistently achieved and that customer expectations regarding new projects are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a close working relationship with regional teams to drive collaboration and alignment across the organization.
- Align our strategy with our Global Operations strategy to ensure seamless execution.
- Participate in project meetings to ensure relevant information is cascaded down to all stakeholders.
- Support high-priority initiatives such as process improvements, organizational changes, and technical advancements.
- Provide leadership on lean thinking, processing, and production to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively communicate escalations around challenges, gaps, support required, and resource needs to quickly address issues before they impede successful delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in industrial project management and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
