Accounting Manager Position

This role involves overseeing the accounting area, managing financial activities, and collaborating with outsourced accounting teams. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Organize the accounting department to ensure efficient management of financial activities.
  2. Manage relationships with external accounting firms to streamline operations.
  3. Implement processes to improve asset control, accounts payable and receivable, and invoicing.
  4. Coordinate payroll, dismissal, and admission processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  5. Utilize advanced Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook, to optimize performance.
  6. Maintain a high level of expertise in accounting principles and practices.
  7. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Located in Jundiaí/SP.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
