Enhabit Home Health & Hospice offers a unique opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide skilled speech-language therapy in home settings. As an SLP, you will evaluate and treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring alternative or augmentative communication.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation. They must also be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.

This position involves working with patients who have experienced a stroke, as well as those with progressive diseases such as Parkinson's disease and dementia. You will work closely with the patient's care team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current licensure as an SLP in the State of Employment
  • Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
  • Dependable transportation and ability to drive in all types of weather
