About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Professional to provide comprehensive support to our French entrepreneur based in Rio de Janeiro. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, providing executive support in all business matters, and overseeing personal and lifestyle-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Manage inboxes and communications for multiple businesses, handling both business and personal emails with accuracy and prioritization. Anticipate needs and manage follow-ups with the principal's team, contractors, and third parties to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Lifestyle Management: Manage personal tasks such as errands, household matters, dog care, and personal schedules. Organize travel arrangements (both business and personal), including complex itineraries for international trips, particularly between Europe and Brazil.
  • Communications Management: Manage WhatsApp and other messaging platforms, filtering communications and ensuring the principal is only interrupted by matters that require immediate attention.
  • Project and Objective Management: Proactively prioritize the principal's time around long-term goals and business growth. Help the principal stay focused on strategic objectives by managing distractions and keeping day-to-day tasks running smoothly.
  • Follow-Up and Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to ensure tasks are moving forward without the principal's involvement.
  • Emergency Handling & Problem-Solving: Respond quickly and effectively to last-minute changes or emergencies, whether business-related or personal.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, or Personal Assistant, preferably to HNWIs or high-profile entrepreneurs.
  • Skills: Proactivity & Ownership, Exceptional organizational skills, Ability to think creatively and quickly, Attention to detail, Discretion, Tech-savvy, Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
