Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver timely financial reports for assigned portfolio, ensuring compliance with client requirements and reporting standards.
  • Execute comprehensive financial processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and statement preparation within established controls and protocols.
  • Serve as primary resource for on-site teams, providing guidance on procedures, resolving inquiries, and addressing client questions promptly.
  • Coordinate accounts payable processes, reviewing coding and approvals while ensuring compliance with internal controls and client protocols.
  • Manage cash flow operations including bank reconciliations, loan coordination, and disbursement processing for optimal control.
  • Support annual budget preparation by compiling key assumptions, reviewing capital information, and ensuring accurate entry.
  • Lead year-end reconciliation processes, including preparation and review of adjustments, and ensure timely billing per lease requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting from an accredited institution and minimum 3-5 years of commercial accounting experience with demonstrated proficiency in CAM and FASB 13 lease accounting standards. Strong Excel skills are required to create complex models and reports.
