Commercial Planning Lead

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled commercial planning expert to support demand forecasting across various categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of commercial planners, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
  • Develop and execute accurate demand forecasts at multiple levels using historical data, market trends, and promotional inputs.
  • Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by working with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams for alignment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain coordinated demand plans.
  • Assist in budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and sales planning, and monitor performance and variances.
  • Support executive reporting with accurate forecasting data.
  • Collaborate with channel teams on forecasting accuracy and current data usage.
  • Monitor risks and opportunities affecting demand plans and communicate implications.
  • Analyze sales trends, research demand drivers, and develop statistical forecast models.
  • Coordinate with global and regional planning teams for market updates.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and manage daily sales and planning operations.
  • Enhance data quality through ongoing validation of sell-out and sell-through data.
  • Understand product roadmaps for managing product transitions.

Requirements include 8+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Operations, or Sales Planning, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven track record of success in demand planning, supply chain, or sales planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to present findings clearly and effectively.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual in English is a plus.
