Technical Lead Machine Learning

As a Senior Technical Manager, you will lead our MLE team in developing robust and user-centric solutions.
This role requires advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data visualization skills to create actionable recommendations.
The ideal candidate has expertise in generative and embedding models, natural language processing, and machine learning frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate analytical problems and develop compelling visual representations of analyses with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to find and share solutions and present projects and findings to peers and leadership.
- Write pristine code and documentation and champion best practices for producing high-performing AI models/systems.
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or related field.
- Knowledge of Databricks platform, MLflow, Jupyter notebooks, and AWS cloud solutions (S3, Glue, Lambda, SageMaker).
- Experience with Keras, Tensorflow, or similar frameworks and container frameworks such as Docker or Kubernetes.
