We're seeking a seasoned technical professional to join our team as a Pre-Sales Technical Advisor.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will enable you to leverage your expertise in trust, digital signature, KYC, biometric and/or SaaS based or outsourced services to support our sales teams in delivering innovative solutions to clients.
As a key member of our pre-sales team, you'll work closely with our Direct Sales and Alliance teams to provide technical support during the sales cycle, acting as a bridge between sales and product, professional services, and support.
You'll utilize your technical expertise to deliver seamless integration of product offerings with client needs, ensuring that customers receive tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
This role requires strong communication skills to enable effective cross-functional collaboration and the successful execution of complex sales initiatives.
You'll be adept at leveraging your technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions, developing robust sales strategies, conducting impactful product demonstrations, and providing comprehensive technical support to both clients and internal sales teams.
- Provide domain expertise around trust, digital signature, KYC, biometric and/or SaaS based or outsourced services.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of the functionality and technical architecture of our products.
- Assist in the client discovery process to help uncover unforeseen challenges and ensure the proper offering is being proposed.
- Develop a firm understanding of customer needs, pain points, and requirements around the compliance process for the Brazilian market, aligning our solutions to eliminate pain points and fulfill needs.
- Work closely with our Sales team to conduct sales and solution presentations for Strategic Enterprise and Mid-Size clients.
- Design and deliver customized solution demonstrations using our SaaS solutions and services.
- Maintain and continually improve demonstration capabilities, conducting internal Sales department training, demo system props and proposal content.
- Assist in the creation of RFP and RFI responses for prospective new clients.
- Work closely with Implementation and Product Teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to onboarding for new clients.
- Act with integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all matters with stakeholders.
- Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- A minimum of 1 year of pre-sales experience with trust, digital signature, KYC, biometric and/or SaaS based or outsourced services.
- Strong team orientation with a history of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize activities.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
- Self-motivation and a strong drive to succeed.
- Moderate travel required for client meetings, trade shows, and special projects.
