We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional results in Oracle ERP Cloud. The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless operational execution, adherence to regulatory protocols, and excellence in customer service.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in providing functional support for Oracle ERP Cloud, particularly in Procurement, Payables, Expenses, and Tax modules.
  • They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, drive process improvements, and implement best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert-level support for Oracle ERP Cloud configurations, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of monthly closing processes across multiple regions.
  3. Conduct comprehensive testing on quarterly platform updates to guarantee seamless system performance.
  4. Maintain accurate records and provide regular compliance reports to meet SOX requirements.
  5. Leverage ITIL framework to optimize operation efficiency and enhance quality standards.
Technical Requirements:
  • Detailed knowledge of Oracle Cloud configurations, particularly in Procurement, Payables, Expenses, and Tax modules.
  • Experience with electronic invoice capture and integration with EDICOM or Syncro.
  • Expertise in Brazilian tax configurations and local fiscal legislation.
  • Familiarity with Oracle locations for Brazil and LACLS reports.
  • Proficiency in BIP, PL/SQL, Web Services (SOAP/REST), FBDI, and ADFDi.
