Job Description

As a Talent Technical Assessment Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent assessment by developing innovative solutions that streamline our evaluation process and optimize workflows.

You will be responsible for researching and refining skill definitions to ensure clarity and alignment with industry standards. Additionally, you will create and improve assessments to evaluate a wide range of technical skills, collaborate cross-functionally with teams to integrate assessment tools into business workflows, and create scripts and automate processes to enhance Talent Assessment efficiency.

Furthermore, you will analyze assessment data to uncover trends and drive actionable insights. You will also develop and interact with AI-powered internal systems for evaluation, and optimize and streamline talent evaluation processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of overall professional experience
  • 1+ year experience in Software Development
  • Strong Python programming skills
  • Experience in Data Analysis and Business Analysis
  • Process Optimization expertise
  • Django framework knowledge
  • Advanced level of English
