- Budget Stewardship: Effectively manage project expenses while adhering to the approved budget, seeking innovative yet cost-effective construction methods without compromising quality.

- Local Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of Brazil's local building codes, regulations, and construction practices, essential for successful project execution.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Portuguese is crucial for effective communication with our London-based management team and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Provide concrete examples of your ability to identify and resolve technical or logistical challenges that may arise during construction projects.
