Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our Oncology partnerships. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales and be passionate about working with rare disease patients.


The successful candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, driving commercial goals, and developing tactical plans to meet product strategy objectives within allocated budgets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate, develop, and maintain collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders and relevant stakeholders in assigned territories
  • Deliver on commercial goals for markets, including successful product launches, sales targets, and effective territory management
  • Develop and implement tactical plans aligned with product strategies, utilizing allocated budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in dynamic environments, and display strategic thinking. Additionally, you should have:


  • Preferably Bachelor's Degree in life and/or natural sciences, medicine, or a similar discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Pharma as Salesperson, Medical Representative, or a similar role
  • Prior experience working with Oncology/Vaccines/Neurology portfolios is an advantage
  • Fluent English is essential
