
Strategic HR Specialist

This role is responsible for leading local HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and comply with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and practices to support business goals and ensure legal compliance.
- Design and implement health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being.
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure excellence across key HR areas, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, Labor Relations, Offboarding & Payroll, Compensation & Benefits / HR Services, Occupational Health, and HR Consulting.
- Act as a coach and mentor to the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and professional growth.
- Interface with headquarters and other stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
We're seeking a proactive leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven experience in managing diverse HR functions, and the ability to drive change and influence at all levels of the organization.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in both Human Resources and Health-related areas.
- Extensive knowledge across core HR functions, including Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, Offboarding & Dismissal Processes, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Internal Communication, Labor Relations & Employment Law, and Compliance with company-specific policies and local regulations.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong intercultural competence and experience working in diverse, global environments.
