Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Offshore Planner to create and manage maintenance plans, ensuring effective scheduling and management of planned and corrective maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of weekly, monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year plan/lookahead to ensure effective scheduling and management of planned and corrective maintenance.
  • Revision of short-term activities planning and scheduling with offshore supervisors and onshore maintenance engineers.
  • Revision of medium- to long-term activities scheduling with onshore maintenance planning engineers.
  • Reviewing and prioritizing corrective work requests with the work team to ensure proper assignment of priorities.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant technical discipline (mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation preferable).
  • Extensive experience as a maintenance planner in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industries.
  • Basic knowledge of oil and gas treatment processes and equipment used in these installations.
  • Experience with planning software and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English.
