Procurement Strategist

• Analyze regional/local demand to identify opportunities for cost savings and create transparency in purchasing data.
• Determine negotiation metrics and develop supplier decision memos to drive initiatives forward.
• Evaluate new suppliers and prepare e-sourcing activities to enhance the supplier base.
• Collaborate with legal teams to establish contracts and benchmark sourcing decisions.
• Provide guidance on compliance and sustainability in sourcing to colleagues.
• Oversee regional and global project roll-outs, change management, and process improvements.
• Rationalize the local/regional supplier base to optimize procurement processes.

• Proven experience in CAPEX and higher education.
