Job Opportunity: SAP Credit Management Expert

Join a dynamic team of professionals to lead end-to-end implementations of SAP Credit Management (CM) and Claims Management solutions. Your key responsibilities will include designing robust credit checks, risk assessment, claims processing, and dispute management processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of SAP CM and Claims Management from requirements gathering to delivery and post-go-live support.
  • Design innovative solutions for credit checks, risk assessment, claims processing, and dispute management.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business and IT teams, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing innovations for financial and credit flows.
  • Ensure proper integration with SAP FSCM, SD, and other relevant components within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Support key user training and provide functional assistance in productive environments, ensuring process stability and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in SAP projects related to Credit Management or Claims Management, with active involvement in implementations and/or rollouts.
  • Practical knowledge of SAP FSCM is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience interacting with business areas, translating needs into technical and functional SAP solutions.
  • Fluent English is essential for communication with international stakeholders and participation in global projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
