We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our teams in delivering exceptional service to clients.
About the RoleThis role plays a crucial part in supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient contract workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Act as liaison between clients and internal teams for smooth onboarding.
- Support departments with translations and communications.
- Manage contract workflows with the Sales team to meet deadlines.
- Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC), client onboarding, and Due Diligence processes.
- Provide support on general corporate matters while liaising with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree (Law, Business, or related field).
- 2+ years of experience in contracts, compliance, legal support, or customer success.
- Fluent English - Spanish is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- IT proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office/G Suite).
