This role involves the maintenance of global people platforms and related processes, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and guidelines. The position is responsible for technical improvements, quality assurance, security, collaboration, external consultants' oversight, problem resolution, and training support.

Key Responsibilities:
">- Enhance Global Human Resources Information Systems through process mapping, business requirements gathering, solution designing, testing, and configuring HR system enhancements in line with business processes.
">- Perform checks on system configuration and test release changes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
">- Maintain system security and permission roles, ensuring Role-Based Permissions are up-to-date.
">- Work closely with People Leadership, system administrators, and specialists to communicate updates to stakeholders.
">- Oversee external consultants' work to ensure alignment with guidelines.
">- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system upgrades, releases, fixes, and enhancements.
">- Provide technical support and training to colleagues, including those from other departments.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of system administration and configuration.
">- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
">- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
">- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
