Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage judicial and administrative labor disputes, collaborating with external lawyers and law firms to develop and implement the most effective case management strategies.
  • Provide expert legal advice and opinions on labor law matters, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Review and draft contracts and notifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, staying informed about changes in labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing legal support and guidance on various business initiatives.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in medium to large companies or reputable law firms, demonstrating a strong background in labor law.
  • Proven ability to provide sound legal advice and opinions on complex labor law matters, with a focus on consultative and advisory services.
  • Experience in managing judicial and administrative labor disputes, including oversight of external lawyers and law firms.
  • Strong contract drafting and reviewing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
  • Advanced or fluent English language proficiency, enabling effective communication and collaboration within a global organization.
