Client Relationship Portfolio Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Portfolio Manager to join our team at Citi. In this role, you will be responsible for deepening relationships with clients and proactively identifying their needs, roadblocks, and expectations. You will serve as the primary contact point for clients and manage internal departments to address any customer service issues. Additionally, you will introduce solutions to clients to build and strengthen their portfolios, work closely with Case Managers to onboard and retain clients, and identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need 5-8 years of experience in banking and investment products, a sound knowledge of core credit skills, and the ability to close deals and manage the credit origination process. You will also need excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, as well as a self-starter mentality with a positive/can-do approach. You will be responsible for embracing changes, being bold, and having a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation.
