Financial Controller

We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to manage our Controlling Department in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the routine of cost, margin, and CAPEX reports, developing and systematizing the budget routine, and following the evolution of the company's results, presenting critical analysis and forecasts.

You will also be responsible for managing the cyclic and annual inventory routine, supporting strategic decisions in financial, commercial, industrial areas, and development projects based on cost analysis and business plans. Additionally, you will undertake and implement improvements in the reporting and accounting routine and support the ERP improvements process.

• Manage the routine of cost, margin, and CAPEX reports

• Follow the evolution of the company's results, presenting critical analysis and forecasts

• Support strategic decisions in financial, commercial, industrial areas, and development projects based on cost analysis and business plans

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics. You should also have experience working in a similar role, preferably in an international environment. In addition, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.

You will also need to have a high level of proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and be able to work effectively in a multicultural team. Leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically are essential for this role.
