Paid Media Strategist

A rapidly growing organization seeks a seasoned Digital Advertising Specialist to drive paid media campaigns across platforms. This role requires expertise in search, display, and video advertising.

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid search and video strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to maximize reach and efficiency.
• Write compelling ad copy for search and display ads, and collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing video content.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including click-through rate (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), conversion rates, and video performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Continuously test ad variations, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs.
• Monitor competitor activity and stay up-to-date with platform changes and trends.
• Deliver clear, actionable reports on campaign performance to stakeholders on a regular basis.

• 7+ Years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on paid search.
• Google Ads certifications (e.g., Google Ads Search Certification).
• Deep knowledge of GA4.
• In-depth knowledge of the Google Ads platform, including setup, keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Attention to detail, data-driven decision-making, and optimization skills.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting.
• Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with keyword research, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and ad performance optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Looker Studio, and native ad platform reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
