Job Description

The Multi-Site Loss Prevention Manager role involves overseeing the security and risk management of multiple sites within a logistics setting.

Main Responsibilities
  • To investigate theft incidents and conduct Workplace Violence/Workplace Incident Management interviews
  • To ensure the physical security of buildings and establish risk-based security standards for various locations
  • To analyze loss exposure and implement controls to prevent losses, including investigating theft and reviewing physical security systems
  • To manage contract guarding services and develop loss prevention education and awareness programs
Key Requirements
  • Advanced English language skills with fluency in Portuguese (both verbal and written communication)
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an intermediate level
  • Relevant qualifications in loss prevention, security management, and administration of justice or equivalent experience
  • Significant loss prevention experience, including extensive management-level experience
