Operations Assistant I Job Description

This is an entry-level position within the Service Operator job family. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team.

  • The Operations Assistant I will be responsible for assisting Service Operators in cleanup, repair, and preparation for jobs, as well as performing pre/post job equipment inspections and preventative maintenance procedures.
  • They will also maintain support equipment, ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures, and promote quality improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn basic safety and repair procedures on PSL equipment using our competency management system under strict supervision.
  • Assist Service Operators in various tasks, including clean up, repair, and preparation for jobs.
  • Perform pre/post job equipment inspections and preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Maintain support equipment and ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
  • Promote quality improvement processes and contribute to enhancing operations.
