Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support to our team in Curitiba, Brazil. This role requires excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a strong aptitude for working with software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to leadership and internal teams by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics.
- Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and in-person, in fluent English, to ensure effective customer service.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed to support business operations.
- Enter, update, and maintain data in software platforms like monday.com and related tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Support customer onboarding processes and respond to basic client inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate tasks and projects with different departments to ensure progress on schedule and meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in administration, executive assistance, or customer service roles with a strong ability to learn new software platforms.
- High level of software proficiency, including project management tools and office suite applications.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
