We are seeking a Software Engineering Specialist to lead the development of new technologies for the healthcare industry.

The project involves integrating behavioral health into primary healthcare settings, such as primary care, women's health, and pediatric offices. The successful candidate will have good communication skills and experience making decisions, being proactive, and building software from scratch.

The role requires:

  • Leading the design, development, and delivery of web and mobile applications.
  • Building responsive, accessible, and high-performance user experience components.
  • Collaborating with product managers to design intuitive, reusable, and scalable user experiences.
  • Developing middle-tier services such as REST APIs and Lambda functions to support applications.
  • Owning the complete delivery process, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/debugging of production systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years developing web-based applications and services in full-stack environments with a strong emphasis on frontend development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Backend development experience with languages such as C#, Java, or similar.
  • Hands-on cloud experience, preferably AWS, with a strong understanding of SaaS models.
  • Experience with API design and integration (REST; GraphQL a plus).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a track record of guiding technical direction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced CI/CD environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
