Job Summary:The Licensed Practical Nurse will play a key part in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. The LPN will be responsible for administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals, conducting basic diagnostic tests such as blood pressure and pulse checks, assisting with procedures such as wound care and dressing changes, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
