We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Offshore Planning Specialist.

Job Description:

Our team is responsible for planning and executing underwater operations, including diving, ROV services, and subsea construction projects. As an Offshore Planning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of these operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing technical reports on underwater operations
  • Planning and monitoring of services to be performed
  • Accessing Petrobras' SGO (Obstacle Management System)
  • Feeding data into Navipac software
  • Checking service orders and availability of resources
  • Making contact with maritime units to check progress
  • Elaborating plans, schedules, and risk analyses
  • Preparation of partial and final reports

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A degree in engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in offshore inspection, repair, and maintenance activities
  • Experience with subsea equipment and ANMs
  • Knowledge of SGO Petrobras, AutoCad, and/or MicroStation
  • Intermediate English language proficiency
