Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Global Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the purchase of all or a specific portion of productive materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies on a global basis by working with cross-functional partners to meet sourcing and cost savings deliverables.
  2. Maintain sourcing pipeline and Business Over Time, benchmarking data, strategy presentations, global budget, and on-time metrics.
  3. Lead key meetings with cross-functional teams (engineering, supplier quality, supply chain, finance).
  4. Build business plans to meet business priorities.
  5. Work with global counterparts to improve and align the global strategy for future programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • English - Fluent
  • Solid experience in procurement and sourcing
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally, both internally and externally, and build relationships
  • Experience managing commercial issues with suppliers and assessing supplier performance
  • Demonstrated competence in negotiating skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • High level of analytical ability where problems can be extremely complex
  • Developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
