We are seeking a highly skilled QAD Analyst to join our team at ZF Friedrichshafen AG. As a QAD Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company's digital landscape.

• Develop and implement digitalization strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency;
• Design and deliver IT solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems;
• Manage and maintain state-of-the-art IT platforms, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards;
• Conduct demand management and establish effective processes to deliver projects and IT products according to business needs;
• Provide QAD-related demand analysis, solution design, and implementation support for business operations worldwide;
• Manage business services and technical services based on defined service level agreements, ensuring best-in-class IT services that balance quality and costs;
• Ensure compliance in areas of responsibility, including license management and software compliance;
• Manage project costs and external suppliers in areas of responsibility.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and support in the automotive industry, with expertise in QAD financial, production, distribution, EDI, and WMS functions and processes;
• Excellent communication skills, with a good command of written and spoken English;
• Highly analytical and integrative personality with in-depth business understanding and business empathy;
• Active steering of IT strategy and ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.
