Job Title: Cyber Security Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our team at Volkswagen Group Services South America. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating security risks and incidents, implementing and monitoring security measures, and working with other teams to carry out tests and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate security risks and incidents, documenting them and evaluating their impact.
  • Implement and monitor security measures for the safe operation of VWCO/RIO LATAM products and services.
  • Work together with other teams in carrying out tests and monitoring Pentests.
  • Fix vulnerabilities and recommend best practices to reduce them.
  • Ensure teams adhere to security processes and standards (Security and Privacy as Design).

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a software development environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Informatics, or similar area.
  • Experience with ISO 21434 standard.
  • Proven work experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience in information security or related field.
  • Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques.
  • Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them.
  • Experience in the vehicle manufacturing, industries, IT, and/or building platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and high regard for quality.
  • Ability to identify risks and issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Understanding of Agile at scale philosophies & methodologies.
  • Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, XP, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other scaling models.
