Responsibilities:
  • Work with A&R, partnership and artist management teams to deliver content and influencer strategy for artists and music promotion campaigns, especially on TikTok
  • Make qualitative and quantitative targets for music promotion campaigns, according to the business and promotion objectives
  • Lead, plan and manage promotion projects to develop the track and build up TikTok viral cases for various artists
  • Monitor the performance of music and its content on TikTok closely, to discover potential music and content path, to promote the track
  • Manage the owned promotion resources, to select the best songs for promotion, to optimize the efficiency for the track to grow
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers
  • Lead the cross-functional-teams communication with artists, artists management team and partners inside Bytedance
  • Lead and participate in creative ideation sessions for artists and music promotion campaigns
  • Analyze TikTok content ecosystem and monitor the emerging trends effectively, to develop the methodology for music distribution and promotion on TikTok

Requirements:
  • 3+ years Music industry experience in content marketing, influencer marketing fields in labels and DSPs
  • In-depth knowledge of content, viral music, festivals and social media trends
  • Strong data analysis and review skills to make strategies and progress
  • Strong project management and cross-functional teams communication skills. Capable of managing multiple projects effectively
  • Proficiency in English communication and presentation
  • Familiar with music industry trends and the local & international music landscape
