Durable Goods Servicer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Perform daily inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
• Respond to emergency calls and troubleshoot equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments to improve services and operations.

• A strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment maintenance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
• Residence in Fortaleza or nearby cities.
• Academic Level: Chemical Technician or Engineer.
• Knowledge of IT tools: Office packages.
• Experience: 2 years in a similar position, Process Engineer, Inverse Osmosis and Ultrafiltration.
