Product Development Expert Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Product Development Expert to join our team in Brazil. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills and proficiency in SQL.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements and new feature development in Brazil, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance the customer experience and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Compliance Officers, Bankers, and other stakeholders to influence and drive the product roadmap.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure they are integral to the workflow, prioritizing efforts and measuring success effectively.
  • Become the primary point of contact for all data-related enquiries, taking full ownership of the data domain and guiding decision-making and strategy across the team.

About You:
We're looking for someone who is proficient in SQL and has knowledge of a scripting language (like Python or R). Your problem-solving skills should enable you to define problems clearly, ensuring a proper understanding of the scope and applying the 80-20 principle to deliver results quickly.
You should enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment and be able to identify opportunities and make them happen. Additionally, you should be able to partner with stakeholders by sharing insights and findings - being collaborative and knowing how to influence and when to say yes or no to maximize impact. A bias to action is also required, identifying what needs to be done and making it happen.
