About the Role

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing automated solutions using RPA and Power Platform tools.

They will also lead a team of high-performing software engineers, ensuring they are well-engaged, motivated, and contented while achieving their objectives.

In addition, the Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for providing project updates, answering questions, and coordinating required testing/deployment activities between the CoE and Business.

  • Meet Design, Develop and test solutions to automate processes, activities and task through RPA and Power Platform
  • Lead a team of high-performing software engineers ensuring they are well engaged, motivated, and contented while achieving their objectives
  • Responsible for being the liaison between the CoE and Business to provide project updates, answer questions and coordinate required testing/deployment activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience developing enterprise-level applications with IPA tools
  • Degree in computer science, IT or relevant field; MSc/MBA in business is a plus
  • Experience in performing operations and support for a wide range of business users (areas such as office automation, finance, accounting etc.)
  • Strong experience using UiPath tool set (UiPath Studio, Orchestrator)
  • 2+ years' experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, C#, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net
  • Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language)
