We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to business units and management on HR-related matters.

Your primary objective will be to analyze trends and metrics related to employee rotation and develop solutions to increase retention. You will also be required to stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in similar positions within the industry is highly desirable, as well as knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR role
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Experience in IT industry or regional responsibility an asset
