As a Solutions Consultant, you will interact with prospects, existing accounts, and Sales to understand their operational needs and prepare solution materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to gain a deep understanding of their business goals and objectives.
- Assist in the creation of content, including demo videos, sales environments, case studies, blog posts, and other collateral.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience working in the banking or FinTech industry, with expertise in consumer or business lending, deposits products, and operations.
- Experience in responding to formal proposal procedures, such as Requests for Information (RFI) and RFPs.
- A customer-facing consultative mindset, with excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong self-starter mentality and ability to build connections with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work across geographic and cultural boundaries.
