The Value You Deliver- Pro-actively identify ways to enhance the solution's robustness, scalability, and user experience.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to share best practices, suggest innovations, and improvements on architecture and processes.
- Work closely with product owners to incorporate feedback from stakeholders, interaction designers, and other engineering teams.
- Own cloud services end-to-end, delivering distributed systems using AWS native services and best practices such as infrastructure as code, zero-downtime production deployments, frequent deployments etc.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) required.
- Fluency in one or more programming languages: Typescript (preferred), Javascript, Kotlin, Java, Go, Scheme, C#, C++ or C.
- Understanding of functional programming techniques as well as writing unit and integration tests should also be considered a normal part of writing code.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as REST, OAUTH2, SAML, GraphQL etc.
- Experience with Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and/or AWS primitives such as EC2, AMIs, EKS, Dynamo, Code Deploy, etc is preferred.
