Asset Protection Specialist

The Operational Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the security and protection of company assets. This role involves training and capacity building for security guards, maintaining updated procedures and guidelines.

• Develop and implement training programs for security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine and emergency situations to ensure team preparedness.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of surveillance areas to identify vulnerabilities and suggest improvements.
• Respond promptly to incidents such as thefts, invasions, or emergencies, taking necessary actions and communicating with authorities.
• Conduct internal investigations when necessary, gathering information and preparing detailed reports for management or police authorities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports detailing team activities, security incidents, and equipment status.
• Produce risk analysis reports to identify areas needing increased security measures.
• Maintain good relationships with clients, updating them on security measures and addressing their requests.
• Ensure security equipment (radios, metal detectors, cameras) are in proper working condition.
• Organize and manage resources, such as work schedules, uniforms, communication materials, and transportation, to ensure smooth security operations.
