QA Automation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Manager to design and implement testing procedures and automation strategies for software applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in manual and automated testing, as well as experience mentoring and coaching QA team members.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and coach QA team members to improve overall team performance and efficiency.
- Lead manual and automated testing initiatives, ensuring alignment with project requirements and delivering high-quality results.
- Research and implement new tools and technologies to improve QA processes and efficiency.
- Define and manage test strategies, plans, and scenarios for new features and releases, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Oversee defect logging, triage, and resolution tracking, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve complex issues within service-level agreements, ensuring timely resolutions.
Familiarity with automation and agile methodologies is required, with ISTQB certification preferred.
